CHARLOTTE — An 18-year-old and a juvenile have been arrested and charged in connection with a homicide at a south Charlotte apartment complex.
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, 25-year-old Christopher Saneth Rosa Castellanos was killed Monday morning.
Witnesses said it was a shooting that stemmed from a fight.
Dagoberto Zelaya has been charged with murder in connection with this incident, CMPD says.
Zelaya is expected in court on Wednesday morning.
The juvenile suspect was charged with murder, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, and larceny of a motor vehicle.
