GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — The Cramerton Historical Society is building an arch that will fund youth sports scholarships.

The arch is being built over the entrance to the town’s baseball field, according to the Gaston Gazette.

Families can contribute money to have a plaque on the pillars.

That money will then go toward helping other families with their children’s sports fees.
