The Polk County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance video from inside a Lakeland McDonald’s, which they said shows 22-year-old Tianis Jones, who stormed into the restaurant after becoming angry about the amount of time her order was taking at the drive-thru.

In a news release, deputies said that Jones began by just complaining, but then turned violent by first hitting a plastic sign and then knocking over several bottles. Video shows her then going behind the counter and throwing cups on the floor and at employees.

Deputies said that Jones called 911 while inside the store, telling the operator that “I’m five months pregnant. …These people don’t know how to run a (expletive) McDonald’s!”

“I don’t know what was wrong with her that night,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told WTVT. “I don’t know if she was just two fries short of a Happy Meal, but she created a McMess and acted like a McNut. … She ended up a McBurglar.”

While there were no injuries, Judd told WFLA that Jones became a “McBurglar” when she went behind the counter and threw cups.

Deputies told WFLA the incident lasted approximately 10 minutes, until a relative of Jones’ and another person convinced her to leave.

Jones is facing charges of assault and burglary, WTVT reported.

In a statement, Judd said, “She better not complain about the food we serve her at the county jail.”
