Kristina Charlotte Hirsch, who filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court, confirmed in the documents that she was 14 or 15 years old when the alleged contact occurred.

Although the suit does not name Beatty, it identifies the defendant as having been nominated for an Academy Award for his role as Clyde in 1967′s “Bonnie and Clyde,” according to The Guardian.

Beatty starred alongside Faye Dunaway as the titular characters, infamous bank robbers and folk heroes Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker.

According to the suit, Hirsch alleged that Beatty paid “undue attention” to her after they met on a movie set, called her multiple times in 1973, took her on car rides and invited her to the hotel where he lived, Variety reported.

Neither Beatty nor his representatives have commented publicly on the lawsuit to date.

Although Hirsch admitted to being “initially thrilled” by Beatty’s attention, the suit stated that the defendant “used his position and status as an adult and a Hollywood movie star to coerce sexual contact with Plaintiff on multiple occasions.”

Beatty, now 85, would have been about 35 years old at the time the alleged contact took place, and Hirsch stated in the filing that she believed that she was in a romantic relationship with the defendant, Variety reported.

According to The Guardian, Hirsch is seeking compensation for psychological, mental and emotional distress.
