RALEIGH, N.C. — Two men were arrested on Christmas Eve after base jumping off a construction crane in downtown Raleigh.
Our partners at WTVD were the only news crew to capture the wild incident on camera.
The pair landed on top of a parking garage around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. According to WTVD, the men were not injured during the jump.
Police in Raleigh have since identified the men as Jason McClure, 51, and Jorge Chacon, 37, WTVD reported.
Police told WTVD McClure and Chacon are charged with first-degree trespassing and resisting a public officer.
