CHARLOTTE — A busy Steele Creek intersection could get several upgrades.
Charlotte City Council will vote Monday on a $1.3 million contract to improve Arrowood Road at Whitehall Commons Center Drive.
That’s right in front of Walmart.
The plans call for the road to be widened, a new light, pedestrian signals, and crosswalks.
The project is expected to be finished in early 2028.
