CHARLOTTE — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Superintendent Dr. Crystal Hill will receive a raise while on leave, the Charlotte Observer reported.
The school board approved Hill’s raise in December 2025.
It bumps her salary from $318,000 to $340,000.
Hill was placed on paid leave last month because of an investigation into administrative matters.
