CHARLOTTE — Uptown Charlotte will be buzzing this weekend as the Charlotte Knights open a new season at Truist Field and the music and arts festival Charlotte SHOUT! kicks off.
The festival, which is designed to showcase Charlotte’s creative community, will feature more than 200 installations, performances, events, and activations through April 16.
Event organizers are hoping to grow the festival to attract people from out of state as well as locals.
