UPDATE: Rainfall expected during morning commute; severe storms to stay east

Most of the rain will happen during the morning commute.

There won’t be a lot of rain so the drive to work in the morning won’t be that bad, Ahrens said in his update.

After Thursday’s showers, expect a dry, warm weekend.
