GASTONIA, N.C. — Gastonia police arrested 28 people for shoplifting in just two days.
This week officers focused on 12 retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowe’s, Academy Sports, Target, Home Depot, TJ Maxx and Bath & Body Works.
They say they filed 38 misdemeanors and eight felony charges, and even seized drugs and a gun.
