CHARLOTTE — Changes continue at a popular north Charlotte destination.
Gravity Sourdough Pizza made its debut at Camp North End on Wednesday.
This comes after Popbar and Wentworth & Fenn closed their locations there a few months ago.
The couple behind Gravity, Alex Osterhoudt and Amanda Wagner, previously operated out of a vintage mid-century travel trailer before opening the brick-and-mortar spot at Camp North End.
They say their sourdough crust is crafted from a starter which has origins dating back to the late 19th century and is oven-baked at 850 degrees.
Gravity Sourdough Pizza will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
