CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — The man charged with the Sun Drop Murders is now in jail in Cabarrus County with no bond.
Police arrested Johnny Talbert in Washington state in late May.
He was just brought back to North Carolina and charged in the double homicide and robbery at the old Sun Drop Bottling Company in Concord in June of 2008.
