There are many ways to join in the fight for racial equality. You can donate money to a local grassroots organization. You can educate yourself and have conversations about racial justice.
But one of the most direct ways to support the Black community is to shop at Black-owned businesses, many of which have also been disproportionately affected by the pandemic.
