- Scattered storms will continue through early tonight, with an isolated strong storm possible. Heavy rain and gusty winds are the main threats, but widespread severe weather is not expected.
- A better chance for scattered storms arrives Friday afternoon and evening.
- There’s a low risk for a strong to severe storm, which could affect the Panthers game and other Friday night plans.
- Storm chances decrease through the weekend, with temperatures climbing back into the upper 80s by Sunday. Next week looks mostly dry and hot, with highs in the mid-90s.
